Arrive at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium
The shuttle will arrive at LOT 12 parking area inside UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium. Please note that the shuttle cannot enter the stadium gates. From LOT 12, you will need to walk to the entrance gates. The walk takes approximately 10 minutes and includes a slight uphill route and walking through parking areas. Arrival time may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Enter the Stadium
The general admission opening time on Bobblehead Giveaway Days is subject to change and will be determined on the day of the event. The shuttle is scheduled to arrive at the stadium approximately 3 hours before first pitch; however, guests may need to wait in the parking lot or outside the stadium until gates open. Please note: Bobbleheads are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. While this shuttle is scheduled to arrive in time for general admission, we cannot guarantee that all guests will receive a bobblehead. If securing a bobblehead is your top priority, we recommend making your own way to the stadium earlier.

Return Shuttle
Please proceed to the bus pickup location (LOT 12) at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium 30 minutes after the end of the bottom of the 9th inning. At Lot 12, please look for the sign that reads “Dodger Stadium Shuttle Bus.” *Please be careful not to board any other JTB tour buses. *Extra innings will not be observed. *The departure time will not change even if there is a drone show or fireworks. Please gather at the meeting point no later than 30 minutes after the end of the bottom of the 9th inning. *If you do not arrive by the departure time, it will be considered a voluntary no-show and the bus will depart without you. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. If you anticipate being late due to an emergency, please be sure to contact the local emergency number listed in your booking confirmation email.

- Important Note Regarding Dodgers Game Spectating
- [About Tickets]. Currently, all MLB ballparks, including UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium, do not use paper tickets. All admission is by electronic tickets that are transferred to an app called MLB Ballpark. MLB Ballpark is a free smartphone app. Download the app on your mobile platform (e.g. iPhone = App Store, Galaxy = Google Play). App Store https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/mlb-ballpark/id513135722 Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bamnetworks.mobile.android.ballpark&hl=ja&pli=1 Due to poor reception around Dodger Stadium, please make sure to download the app and check if the ticket can be displayed in advance at your hotel, etc.
- [Regarding stadium gates opening] For home games, the stadium gates usually open two hours before the start of the match.
- [Security Check] UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium has particularly strict entry restrictions among Major League Baseball stadiums, and there is a security check with metal detectors and baggage inspection upon entry. Any items that are deemed inappropriate for bringing into the stadium during security checks will be handled by the customer. JTB will not accept such items.
- [Carry-On Bag Policy] Bags allowed into the stadium must be no larger than 12“ (30.48 cm) x 12”(30.48 cm) x 6” (15.24 cm) in size. Clear plastic bags are recommended, or 5 inches (12.7 cm) x 8 inches (20.32 cm) x 2 inches (5.08 cm) or less bag. (Foldable eco-bags are not allowed.)
- For other regulations, please refer to the official website. Please be aware that the inspection may be handled differently depending on the staff on the day, so please be prepared to bring only the minimum necessary items.
- [Cashless] All purchases inside the stadium are cashless. Cash is not accepted
- [Reentry] Re-entry to the stadium is not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted in the stadium. E-cigarettes are not allowed.
What to Bring
- Please keep in mind that the temperature varies greatly depending on the season and game start time, so please wear suitable clothing.
- Day games: UV protection is essential. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc.
- Evenings and Night games: Temperatures drop after sunset except in summer, so you will need to bring some warm clothing. Jacket, long pants, etc.
- We recommend comfortable walking shoes such as sneakers when getting on and off the buses and walking around the stadium.
- Guests bringing a foldable wheelchair or stroller must inform us at the time of booking. Please note that our staff are not able to provide physical assistance. An accompanying adult caregiver is required. Due to vehicle specifications, electric wheelchairs are not permitted.
Additional Info
- Please arrive within 30 minutes of the end of the bottom of the 9th inning. We will not be accepting spectators during extra innings. Please make your own way back to the bus stop (Lot 12) and look for the sign that reads “Dodger Stadium Shuttle Bus.”. Even on days when there is a drone show or fireworks, the bus will depart 30 minutes after the end of the bottom of the 9th inning. If you wish to watch the drone show or fireworks, please make your own arrangements to get home. Refunds will not be given for unused service.
- In the event of a match being postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, such as weather, there will be no refunds.
- Please be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before departure.
- If the customer does not appear by the departure time, the bus will depart, assuming that the customer has given up on boarding. Please note that we will not be able to refund you in this case.. In the event of an emergency, such as not being able to make it to the meeting time, please be sure to contact the “local contact number” listed in the email sent when the reservation is confirmed.
- Please note that the arrival time at the stadium may change significantly depending on traffic conditions and the weather on the day.
- The stadium exits are very crowded after the game. Please finish using the restroom and shopping before the game ends, and then gather at the bus stop (LOT12).
- If the departure time from DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown changes, we will contact you by email in advance.
