How can I ride the shuttle bus?
After booking online, please show the QR code from your booking confirmation email to the staff at the designated hotel bus stop. Please refer to your booking email for details on the bus stop location and meeting time.
Where is the shuttle bus stop?
Upon departure, please gather at the hotel entrance of the designated hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles. Upon returning, please come to Lot 12 in the stadium parking lot and look for the "Dodger Stadium Shuttle Bus" sign. Please be careful not to board any other JTB tour buses.
Where is the service area?
This tour runs from select Downtown Los Angeles hotels to UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium.

What is the shuttle bus schedule?
There will be one round-trip per game. Please note that the shuttle service is not available on day games, certain game days, or other days. Please check the calendar for details.
Where does the shuttle drop off at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium?
The shuttle drops off at LOT 12 parking area inside Dodger Stadium. Please note that the shuttle cannot go directly to the stadium gates.
From LOT 12, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the entrance gates, which includes a slight uphill walk and walking through parking areas. Please allow enough time to walk between the shuttle stop and the stadium gates.
After the game, you will also need to walk back to LOT 12 to board the return shuttle.

Can I bring a wheelchair or stroller on the shuttle bus?
Yes, wheelchairs and strollers are permitted. Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a wheelchair or stroller.
All wheelchairs and strollers must be folded before boarding the shuttle.
Please note that this service operates with standard vehicles and is not equipped with a wheelchair lift. For safety and space limitations, electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not permitted.
Our staff are unable to provide physical assistance with boarding, exiting, or mobility. A responsible adult caregiver must accompany any passenger requiring assistance.
Can I purchase a ticket when boarding the shuttle bus?
No, tickets are not sold onboard. Please purchase your ticket online.
Where is the meeting place after the game ends?
Please gather at Lot 12 in the stadium parking lot within 30 minutes of the end of the bottom of the ninth inning. Look for the "Dodger Stadium Shuttle Bus" sign in Lot 12.

Is it possible to bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium. However, service animals (such as assistance dogs) are permitted.
What is the estimated meeting time for departure?
The departure time from the hotel varies depending on the match start time, but in principle, please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
In case of an emergency or if you are unable to make it on time, please be sure to contact the "local contact" listed in the email sent after the reservation is confirmed.
If the customer has not arrived by the departure time, the transportation will be considered abandoned, and the bus will depart. Please note that we will not be able to refund you in this case.
What should I do if I don't receive my voucher or confirmation email?
When a customer purchases a product, a reservation confirmation email and voucher will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. The voucher will contain details of your reservation, including the meeting time and location for the hotel. Please make sure to check these details. Occasionally, the confirmation email and voucher may be classified as spam by the system. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder to see if the email was mistakenly sorted there.
Refund Policy
When will the refund be processed?
Refunds are generally processed on the same day the cancellation request is confirmed. It may take about 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card history. If the closing date of your credit card is between your booking date and cancellation date, the refund may be processed in the following month. For further details, please contact your credit card company directly from the cardholder’s account.
How will the refund be processed?
All refunds will be automatically credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Regarding the cancellation of a reservation
I want to cancel my reservation. What should I do?
If you wish to cancel, please do so yourself via the "My Page" page in your reservation confirmation email.
Cancellations made by 5:00 PM seven days prior to the reservation date are free of charge.
Cancellations made after 5:00 PM seven days prior to the reservation date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Regarding watching the game
Is it possible to take alcohol outside of the stadium?
No. Taking alcohol outside of the stadium is prohibited. It is also prohibited to bring alcohol onto the bus, so please be careful. *Alcohol sales will end after the 7th inning.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. Re-entry is not allowed once you enter, so please be mindful of your belongings.
Is the admission ticket included?
No. The admission ticket is not included. Please purchase it on your own.
Is it possible to bring food and drinks into the stadium?
Yes, you can bring outside food to Dodger Stadium, but it must follow specific size, container, and content restrictions.
Permitted items include snacks, sandwiches, fruits, granola bars, and baby food for infants or toddlers, as long as they are in small, soft containers and comply with stadium rules. Non-alcoholic beverages in factory-sealed plastic bottles are allowed, and empty reusable water bottles up to 1 liter are permitted for refilling at stadium water stations.

What should I do if the game goes into extra innings?
There will be no spectators allowed during extra innings. Please gather at the bus within 30 minutes of the end of the bottom of the ninth inning.
*Please gather in Lot 12 of the stadium parking lot.
*If you wish to watch the extra innings, please make your own arrangements for transportation home. No refunds will be given even if you do not use transportation.
What is the meeting time on days when there is a drone show or fireworks event after the game?
Even on days when there is a drone show or fireworks display, the bus will depart 30 minutes after the end of the bottom of the ninth inning. If you wish to see the drone show or fireworks display, please make your own arrangements for your return transportation. No refunds will be given even if you do not use transportation.
What is the bag policy at stadium?
The size of bags that can be brought into the stadium must be within 12 inches (30.48 cm) x 12 inches (30.48 cm) x 6 inches (15.24 cm). The use of clear plastic bags is recommended, or bags no larger than 5 inches (12.7 cm) x 8 inches (20.32 cm) x 2 inches (5.08 cm) are allowed. (Foldable eco bags are not permitted.) Please note that there may be cases where the inspection procedures vary depending on the staff on the day, so please prepare to bring only the essentials.
What should I do if there is a problem with my ticket?
You will need to go to the ticket box at Dodger Stadium yourself to resolve the issue.
Can I bring my Hydro Flask Bottle with me?
No, you cannot.
Due to the Dodgers Stadium Water Bottle Policy, you cannot bring your own water bottle.
Only you can bring in "One (1) sealed, clear, plastic water bottle".
There are water stations in the stadium, and you can refill them.
