• Additional Info

  • Please gather 20 minutes after the end of the 9th inning. We will not be watching the extra innings. Please return to the bus stop (Lot 12) on your own.
  • On days when there is a drone show or fireworks, we will depart 20 minutes after the end of the drone show or fireworks.
  • If the game goes into extra time, you will not be able to see the drone show or fireworks.
  • If you would like to watch the matches to the end, please use the dedicated car arrangement service.
  • If the customer does not appear by the departure time, the bus will depart, assuming that the customer has given up on boarding. Please note that we will not be able to refund you in this case. In the event of an emergency, such as not being able to make it to the meeting time, please be sure to contact the “local contact number” listed in the email sent when the reservation is confirmed.
  • The return times may change significantly depending on traffic conditions and the weather on the day. There is no compensation for any problems that may occur with your plans after the tour.
